Bob graduated with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from UMass-Lowell in 1994. He earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology in 1992, also from ULowell. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Bob is looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals while preventing injuries.


Sandi Stalling has been in the fitness industry for twenty years and obtained her BS degree in Exercise Science from Keene State College. After college, she worked as personal trainer in Boston at the Wellbridge Center where she worked with clients who had heart disease, type II diabetes, and osteoarthritis. Her passion was teaching women's strength training and nutrition workshops. To this day, Sandi still loves helping educate people about the importance of strength training and the major benefits is has along with eating properly. 

Be consistent is Sandi's motto when it comes to finding the balance between exercise, nutrition, and everyday life. A lot of people struggle with this on a daily basis and she enjoys helping them through those hard moments. 

Sandi enjoys "chilling" with her husband and two children. She loves strength training, softball, hiking, and being outdoors.


Bernardo DiPalermo, Trainer

Ben received his Personal Training Certification from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) He interned at Complete Athlete, working with young athletes, and Anytime Fitness. The opportunity to work with both active adults and competitive and recreational athletes has molded his training techniques and philosophy.  He is compassionate, upbeat, and thorough and is confident that with commitment and hard work, he can help you to become a healthier, happier individual. His favorite part of training is watching his clients achieve their goals.

In his free time he enjoys kayak fishing in the summer and is a Snowboard Freestyle Coach in the winter. 


Hydee PortAnova, Yoga Instructor

Hydee’s personal practice of yoga began in 2006 and continues to flourish with even more devotion today. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience by guiding others on their own personal journey. In 2009, Hydee received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Robin’s Yoga and Healing Center.

A registered nurse for 18 years, she finds that yoga allows her the opportunity to expand nursing vision of body, mind and spirit. Her holistic approach to teaching addresses the rejuvenation of the body, enrichment of the mind and nourishing the spirit. This approach, coupled with her passion of yoga, leads to success and fulfillment for her students. Namaste.
